Working Principle


  • Basic Principle: It utilizes the pressure generated by the hydraulic system to control the tension of the ribbon. The oil pump draws the hydraulic oil from the oil tank, pressurizes it, and then delivers it to the oil cylinder of the tensioner. The piston in the oil cylinder displaces under the action of the oil pressure, thereby driving the components connected to the piston to exert corresponding pressure on the ribbon, realizing the adjustment of the ribbon tension.
  • Tension Adjustment Principle: According to the material, width, and thickness of the ribbon, as well as the requirements of the weaving process, the pressure regulating valve in the hydraulic system is adjusted to change the oil pressure, thereby accurately adjusting the tension exerted on the ribbon by the tensioner. For example, for thicker and harder ribbons, it is necessary to increase the oil pressure to provide greater tension to ensure that the ribbon remains stable during the weaving process. For thin and soft ribbons, the oil pressure is reduced to make the tension moderate, avoiding the ribbon from being broken or deformed.
