1. Professional trained technical debugging personnel shall be selected to install and debug the equipment in strict accordance with the operation specifications.
2. The supplier shall guide the installation and debugging of the supplied equipment free of charge, and train the demander's operators in theory and practical operation skills. In particular, the working principle, performance characteristics, disassembly and assembly characteristics, maintenance, safe operation specifications and precautions of the equipment shall be standardized on site.
3. If the demander's equipment fails in operation, the supplier shall reply within 2 hours after receiving the report and arrive at the site for maintenance within 48 hours.
4. Implement "Three Guarantees" service for users' new equipment. The three guarantees period is one year for mechanical parts and half a year for electrical parts (except for vulnerable parts). During the "Three Guarantees" service period, the supplier shall provide free service if the equipment is of manufacturing quality. If the parts are damaged due to the improper operation of the demander, the supplier shall provide the parts according to the cost price and provide free service.
5. After the "Three Guarantees" period of the equipment, the supplier shall provide lifelong service and continue to supply all kinds of spare parts at cost price without service charge.
6. Keep long-term close cooperation with customers, establish quality tracking, and timely understand and master the operation quality of the unit.
7. Implement the expert return visit system. For new and old customers who use the company's products, they will receive all-weather technical consulting services. They will visit new customers once a year and old customers once every two years to understand and master the operation of the equipment, help customers solve difficult problems in the operation of the equipment, better use the equipment and give full play to the production function of the equipment for customers, and improve the economic efficiency Benefit service.
