There are two main steps in the process of laminating the inner mucous membrane on the inner side of the cylinder cloth: one is to weave and glue the inner mucous membrane on the inner side of the cylinder cloth, the other is to glue the inner mucous membrane on the inner side of the cylinder cloth. More specifically, in circular loom weaving, the cylinder film blown by the double-layer coextrusion film blowing machine is introduced into the woven fabric through the hollow spindle of the circular loom and woven into the woven fabric, which is rolled into a cloth roll. The cloth roll is glued to the woven drum cloth through internal adhesion. The production process of inner adhesive bag is shown in Figure 1.
1. The inner liner is woven into cylinder cloth
In the process of circular weaving, inner grinding is continuously woven into the cylinder cloth to form a cloth roll with inner membrane. The circular loom used is slightly different from the ordinary circular loom. Some manufacturers call this kind of circular loom hollow circular loom, others call it inner circular loom. The spindle of this circular loom is hollow. The main shaft rotates, but the sleeve in the center of the main shaft does not rotate, and a device is set to prevent twisting when the membrane passes through. The film roll is placed on the unwinding rack beside the main machine, and passes into the main machine in a bundle form from the sleeve in the center of the main machine. It is lifted together with the woven cloth. After passing the lifting shaft, the air gun needle is used to pierce the cloth and the film to blow air (compressed air). As with film blowing, as long as the film does not break, the air blown in can be maintained all the time. The purpose of air blowing is to flatten the film and stick it to the cylinder cloth, and then roll it into a cloth roll with inner membrane through the winding roller. When a roll of film is used up, use adhesive tape to bond the end of the film with the head of the next roll. The joint shall not leak air, and the air leakage shall be replenished in time.
Product matching of inner gluing machine and circular loom: take energy-saving small six shuttle hollow circular loom (multiple patents) and Huayuan horizontal inner gluing machine produced by Huayuan plastic machinery factory in Pingyang County of Zhejiang Province as an example, the speed of inner gluing machine is 30m / min, the daily output is 30m / min, X60 min, x24 h, x95% = 41000 M / d. The daily output of small six shuttle hollow circular loom is 8000 m / shift, X3 shift = 2400 m / day. The number of circular looms that can be matched by one gluing machine is 41000 △ 2400 = 17. With Huayuan energy-saving small cam four shuttle circular loom as an example: to match 20 to 24.
2. The inner lining film is adhered to the inner side of the cylinder cloth
The cloth roll with inner liner woven by hollow circular loom is bonded with the outer bag by heat bonding on the inner bonding machine. The internal bonding machine is composed of three parts. The horizontal internal bonding machine is shown in Figure 2
(1) Unwinding part: including cloth reel lifting, double position unwinding shaft and quick unwinding mechanism. In order to improve the production rate of the process, the internal bonding machine runs continuously. When the last roll of cloth is almost finished, the cloth head should be quickly released by the quick release mechanism and quickly connected with the next roll of cloth. It is necessary to design a quick release mechanism in the unwinding part.
(2) Heat sealing part: including traction roller, pressing roller, heating device of film and cloth, cooling device after pressing.
The drum cloth with inner lining film is pulled forward by the traction roller, and then inflated and bubbled into the inner lining film. The hot air spirals into the heating tunnel, heating the outside of the tunnel and the insulation layer until there is a pair of herringbone guide rollers in front of the pressing roller, flattening the drum cloth and entering the pressing roller, bonding under pressure, and the bonded cloth enters the winding part through the cooling device. The cooling device is air-cooled.
(3) Winding part: including air pressure winding, cloth pressing roller and air expansion shaft. The air pressure winding machine can make the winding of each cloth section smooth and reduce the number of defective products.
As mentioned earlier, the inner lining film of the inner adhesive bag is a double-layer structure, and the outer layer of the inner lining (adhesive layer) is close to the inner layer of the cylinder cloth. The two need to be heat bonded together, and the inner layer of the film can not adhere to each other during the heat bonding process. This is the basic requirement, so the outer layer melting temperature of the film is required to be far lower than that of the inner layer of the film and the woven bag. EVA meets this requirement. EVA begins to soften below 100 ℃ and can be bonded with another material under certain pressure. The heating of cloth and film by internal bonding machine, no matter which way of heating is radiation, convection and conduction, or several ways of combined use, is OK. By analyzing the softening temperature of PP and PE, it can be determined that the temperature of cloth and film does not exceed 115 ℃, the inner membrane will not produce adhesion, and the cloth will not be damaged. After repeated tests, the cloth temperature and film temperature can reach 110 ℃ - 120 ℃ in 6 seconds under the action of radiation and convection heat when the air temperature is 180 ℃ - 200 ℃. When the cloth runs at a speed of 30 m / min, it takes 6 seconds to walk at a distance of 3 m. Therefore, the length of the heating zone is about 3 meters, which is enough to make the film reach the heat sealing temperature without overheating.
